Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended. If there are any delays with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Standard shipping transit times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.
Priority Shipping
Need your order faster?
- Free Priority Shipping is automatically included on all orders totaling $500 or more.
- For orders under $500, customers may upgrade to Priority Shipping for a flat rate of $25.
Priority shipping speeds up delivery transit time but does not reduce the standard 2–3 business day processing time.
Shipping Delays
Once your order has been shipped, Black Girl Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Black Girl Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
