Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us using the Contact Us form on our website within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review your concerns.

If an error was made on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect personalization due to our mistake, or a defective product), we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Please note:

• Items cannot be returned due to customer errors, including spelling mistakes submitted at checkout or changes of mind after production has begun.
• Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and screen settings.
• Personalized and custom items are non-refundable unless an error was made by BlackGirlCustoms.
